We are thrilled to represent a Luxembourg-based private equity and fund management firm in its search for a Compliance & Corporate Officer to support its fund and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions. The role will focus on KYC/AML compliance, corporate governance, company secretarial matters and general corporate administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance files, supporting board and shareholder meetings, managing statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, coordinating payment processes and providing legal and administrative support to management.
The position is primarily focused on Luxembourg entities, while also involving exposure to corporate and KYC matters relating to international structures, including French and UK entities. Given the size of the team, the role requires a hands-on and autonomous approach, with direct interaction with senior management, external advisers, banks and service providers.
Profil recherché
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience gained within a fund administrator, AIFM, law firm, corporate services provider or similar financial services environment, with exposure to Luxembourg corporate governance, AML/KYC processes and fund structures.
The candidate should have:
- A degree in Law, Compliance, Corporate Administration or a related field.
- Practical experience with board support, corporate documentation, statutory filings and beneficial ownership requirements.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CTF requirements and KYC procedures.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A discreet, reliable and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
- An interest in using technology and AI tools to enhance compliance and administrative processes.
