We are currently representing a leading financial institution, a major player in Luxembourg, in its search for an IT internal auditorr. As part of the internal audit team, you will lead internal audit missions in the IT and information security field, and participate in audit engagements.
The main tasks:
- Identify risks linked to the organisation’s information systems and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
- Perform independent audits on IT projects, computer applications, and information systems security.
- Provide reasonable assurance on risk control measures.
- Analyse and assess audited processes and provide concrete suggestions to improve efficiency.
- Draft audit reports.
- Ensure follow-up of audit recommendations.
- Provide the necessary IT support for the preparation and execution of audit missions across all activities.
- Participate in and carry out business audits where required.
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT; an additional degree in Information Systems Audit is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- CISA certification is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent knowledge of internal audit methodology and best practices in information technology.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and risks.
- Interest in new technologies (cloud computing, virtual currencies, artificial intelligence, open banking, etc.).
- Knowledge of the financial sector is an advantage.
- Excellent writing, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, including interaction with top management.
- Strong rigor, precision, and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
