CONDUCTING OFFICER H/F - RISK MANAGEMENT - PART TIME

We are delighted to represent a growing AIFM in their search for a part time Risk Manager (30%) . The role will involve running investment compliance and ensuring adherence to the current regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and update policies and procedures.
• Conduct regulatory watch and monitor relevant regulatory developments.
• Measure investment and operational risks for the AIFs under management.
• Prepare and provide reporting to the Compliance Officer Committee, the AIFM Board and the GP Boards.
• Perform investment compliance monitoring, both on a transaction basis and on an ongoing basis.
• Act as a liaison with the CSSF on various regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on all risk-related topics, with potential extension to broader AIFM communications.

• University degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience within a Risk Management function in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks applicable to AIFMs.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other European languages would be considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivery and results.
