We are delighted to represent a growing AIFM in their search for a part time Risk Manager (30%) . The role will involve running investment compliance and ensuring adherence to the current regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update policies and procedures.
- Conduct regulatory watch and monitor relevant regulatory developments.
- Measure investment and operational risks for the AIFs under management.
- Prepare and provide reporting to the Compliance Officer Committee, the AIFM Board and the GP Boards.
- Perform investment compliance monitoring, both on a transaction basis and on an ongoing basis.
- Act as a liaison with the CSSF on various regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on all risk-related topics, with potential extension to broader AIFM communications.
Profil recherché
- University degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience within a Risk Management function in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks applicable to AIFMs.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other European languages would be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivery and results.
