We're looking for an Area Manager to lead the London chapter of a fast-growing French fashion brand loved for its distinctive, effortless style. With two thriving boutiques already in Marylebone and Notting Hill — and ambitious expansion on the horizon — this is your chance to do more than manage stores: you'll help build a market from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment — helping shape the brand's footprint in one of its key international markets, with real scope to build rather than simply maintain.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial and operational performance of the London boutiques
• Recruit, train and inspire retail teams around the brand's culture and standards
• Ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience across all points of sale
• Play a hands-on role in future store openings, from setup to team integration
• Act as the local relay for the brand's strategic vision and positioning
• Monitor KPIs and drive action plans to support sustained growth

• Proven multi-site management experience in retail (fashion, luxury or premium)
• Strong understanding of the London retail market
• A genuine "builder" mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, growth and change
• Natural leadership, able to build and energise teams
• Passion for design-led, premium brands with a strong identity
• Fluent English; French is a plus
